A snow or shine Red Lodge Thanksgiving tradition!
A free 1.5 mile and 3 mile un-timed run/walk to get your bodies moving while the bird cooks! The course is a double out and back all on pavement with one small section of packed gravel. Peel off halfway as you pass the starting line for the 1.5 mile or continue on to complete the 3 mile course.

Cost
This event it TOALLY FREE! You must still register in advance or the morning of. By keeping the event free we hope to encourage donations to our friends at BareTooth Cupboards. At this time we are only accepting monetary donations on their behalf. No donation amount is too small.

Who
All ages and abilities are welcome. This event is very family-friendly. Leashed four-legged friends can join in on the fun as well! Strollers and strider bikes welcome. Get one more use out of your Halloween costume because we love to see folks dressed up!

Building Future Events Organizers
In addition to benefiting BareTooth Cupboards Food Bank, the Turkey Trot is benefiting local kids. Each year, the Turkey Trot is used as a learning experience for one selected high school student interested in learning more about the events industry. Our Events Intern is responsible for executing every aspect of hosting the Turkey Trot -from soliciting sponsors to marketing to recruiting volunteers and everything in-between. We have been continuously impressed by the level of motivation, creativity and professionalism our Events Interns exude.
