There is a good reason this race is going on it’s 5th year and it only requires one word: VIEWS! A 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon all above 10,500ft with unrivaled views of the Beartooths! Mark your calendars for the highest sustained road race in the US!

All it took was one test run to know this was DEFINITELY the spot for our first 50k! You’ll have to remind yourself to watch your step becusae you’ll be too mezmorized by the scenery. A race as rugged to the prospectors who explored the area in the 1800s.
PROSPECTORS 50k & 30k

A cult classic. Dogs, beer, and a patio scene that can’t be beat. Grab your friends and take on a marathon relay or go it solo for 26.2, 13.1 or 4.31. This race features access roads, single track, and a health dose of bushwhacking on a looped course at Red Lodge Mountain. Hikers welcome in the 4.31 mile Hot Lap.

BACKROADS HALF & 10K

The main roads may be efficient but the back roads sure are beautiful. Take in the views of the Beartooth's as you cruise on rolling rural roads. This fall Half and 10k is a great way to wrap up your summer running season. We know it's cross country season so this race on is on Sunday so you can watch your kids run on Saturday and then show them what you've got on Sunday!
This is a race for everyone. Walkers and strollers are welcome in the 10k (there is one short bumpy uphill the stroller has to navigate).
Thanksgiving Day, 2024
Who doesn’t love this commnunity classic? Get outside moving before you get inside and get stuffed! All ages and abilities welcome at this family and dog-friendly 1.5 or 3 mile run/walk. The event is free and a fundraiser for our friends at BareTooth Cupboards.
TURKEY TROT
Some good things did come from COVID….like LOW KEY PURSUITS. Named after our motto, LOW KEY, HIGH ELEVATION, consider a new take on exploring the Beartooths. A mix between a guidebook and Strava challenge, we pick the trails, you get after it running, hiking, or biking and record your results. Then we party at the end of the season. No starting time or starting line, just a good time on the trails! Did we mention it’s FREE?!

RED LODGE RANDONNEE RACES

How could we not do another year of Red Lodge Randonnee after the turn out last year!? Join us for a fun and challenging randonnee (or skimo) race at Red Lodge Mountain. A backcountry ski set up is required for this winter endurance challenge!
Our little unicorn race. This crowd pleaser of a race has battled too little snow, too much snow, COVID, insurance logistics and just about everything else the world can throw at it but we’re still hopeful it can be our unicorn race in 2024!
